Placenta encapsulation is the processing of the afterbirth, either steamed or raw, preparation method. Usually yielding 125-200 capsules depending on the size of your placenta. There are many benefits to consuming your placenta immediately after birth; balancing hormones, shifting hormones, increase iron levels, and lactation support.
